Returns and Refunds

We accept all returns, no questions asked. If the package you received isn’t exactly what you wanted or you simply changed your mind and didn’t need it anymore, feel free to return it to us at most 7 days after receiving it.
If the reason you are returning the package is as a result of a fault on our part, for example poor product description, then we bare the return shipping cost. However, if you the fault is not on our part, for example you simply changed your mind and didn’t need the product anymore, the return shipping cost is on you.
In any case that the package is lost, damaged or seized by customs, we re-ship the package. If the re-ship attempt fails, we offer a refund.
